Nicky Clark

Nicky Clark brings 17 years of educational leadership experience to interactions with students, families, and community members. As a classroom teacher for 8 years, high school administrator for 8 years, and current director of school administration with Page County Public Schools, she has cultivated a deep commitment to student-centered learning, mentorship, and whole-child development.

Throughout her career, Nicky has been a passionate advocate for experiential learning opportunities and meaningful mentorship programs that help students thrive both academically and personally. She recognizes that students flourish when given intentional support, positive relationships, and second chances.

A collaborative leader in school/student safety, Nicky has worked on initiatives including the development and implementation of alternative discipline strategies, restorative justice practices, and a comprehensive after-school programming. In response to a growing need in her community she designed and led an intervention program for students involved with drugs or drug-related materials — a 45-minute teaching and discussion seminar offered twice weekly over four weeks. This program leveraged partnerships with community agencies to provide wraparound support and equip students with the skills, resources, and mentorship needed for sustainable change.

Nicky’s work demonstrates a steadfast belief that every student deserves access to supportive adults, evidence-based interventions, and pathways to success. She is committed to creating safer, more inclusive environments where all students can succeed.
